The Hargreaves Group was founded in 1964 as a private investment and development Company specialising in commercial and residential property across the South East of England.
The Group holds a mixed portfolio of over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial property and over 100 residential units.

CHICHESTER
The first commercial development of 5 warehouses at Portfield Road, Chichester, and which has more recently been refurbished to provide an exciting trade counter offer.
FRESHFIELD BUSINESS PARK
Originally Kemp Towns Railway Station and goods yard developed to provide industrial and warehouse units and which in the past 15 years has been revitalised to provide the South Coasts premier Trade Counter destination.

A total of 115,000 sq. ft. of prestige offices developed at 7 city centre sites.
WORTHING
A town centre site comprising 2 houses and developed to create 25,000 sq.ft. of office space and an 8 storey block of flats.
BURGESS HILL
An 18 acre site developed to provide 300,000 sq.ft. of industrial and warehouse space with 60,000 sq. ft. still to be developed.
SHOREHAM
15 acres developed to provide 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, industrial and warehouse space.

Having pieced together a site from 14 different ownerships a premier retail park of 116,000 sq. ft. developed with occupiers including M&S (full store) and Next.
WASHINGTON
2015 – 2018
A 5 acre site developed to provide 61,500 sq. ft. of warehouse and logistics space.
