The Hargreaves Group is actively seeking strategic South of England opportunities in lot sizes of between £5m – £20m in all sectors but with emphasis on Trade Counter, Office, Industrial, Logistics, Retail Warehouse and Residential (single units through to blocks).
Portfolio purchases in all sectors are of interest in lots in excess of £15m. Land (minimum 1.5 Acres) and redevelopment opportunities are also sought.
